Background and experience: I have a very diverse background but always focused on education and leadership. I have basic theoretical training in these two areas and more than 20 years of practical experience.

In a variety of contexts, I have lead, educated and trained people. Whether it has been elite soldiers for handling the unknown, young people facing life or companies dealing with a rapid and complex business environment, there has been a common denominator - the ability to handle change.

What I like and are good at: I like challenges, both physical and intellectual. I have an ability to quickly discover patterns, see connections and ways of dealing with new situations. Along with my educational skills and my experience this makes a strong and rather unique combination.
