My training and experience:
I have, during my entire adult life in different ways and in different organizations, worked as a manager, leader, teacher and trainer. For some years I did research into leadership in challenging and difficult conditions. We developed unique skills and unique ways to develop the personal capacity to cope with complex situation.

On the theoretical side, I have graduated from the University of Gothenburg. I also have a military background as an officer in different special units. 1992 I started Pilot Konsult and have since been working in the private and public sectors.

What I like and are good at: I like to influence and develop people and organizations so that they cope better with challenging situations. Then I feel useful. In urgent problem situations, I can be a valuable pilot that will not let you down.
