Open programs

Our open programs are run one to two times per year. Pilot 1 is a basic program that everyone starts with. After that participants are free to choose based on their interests and needs.

Together, the programs a very strong foundation for professional leadership and co-workership.

In order to provide newly arrived staff with the same skills their colleagues may have recieved in a company specific assignment, we use the basic program as a back up.
